The cost for this option is $350 PLUS the host coin to over-strike. This product MUST be over-struck only on genuine 1877-1907 (Type-3) gold Double Eagles. You will receive the exact same coin back, after over-striking.
Brilliant satin finish, reeded edge, about 33.3 grams.

The last year that Double Eagles were minted with a New Orleans "O" mint mark was 1879. No Liberty-Head Double Eagles were produced after 1907.
