No US Kennedy coins were ever produced with a "1963" data, and no US large dollars ever had a Kennedy design.
The reverse features the US Presidential seal (as seen on the back of the Kennedy half dollar), with the Moon as a tribute to Kennedy's challenge to put a man on the moon by the end of 1969.

NOTE: Defacing of US coins is legal so long as the defacement isn't for fraudulent purposes.
