High-grade finish. Over-struck on 2009 US Silver Eagles coins (1 troy oz 999). The over-strike imparts the Weinman Eagle reverse design.

Silver Eagle production began in 1986. No Silver Eagles of any year ever had the Weinman Eagle reverse design or a "D C" mint mark.
